可监测叶片的早期损伤,如:叶片裂纹、表面严重剥落、纤维铺层剥离等;叶片雷击损伤的快速诊断预警;
桨距角不平衡性诊断,进而提升风能利用效率。
偏航综合改造
偏航动作异响,紧急情况下电网断电机组不能偏航,扭揽限位装置不能正常工作,齿面断裂等等问题严重影响机组安全和稳定运行。
针对此类问题制定了偏航综合改造方案,包括:加装后备电源、加装软启动器、扭揽限位装置技改,从而提高机组的安全可靠性。
